About Convol Energy

Reliable energy systems start with field reality.

Convol Energy is based in Washington and was built to move advanced energy technology from concept into operating assets. We combine proprietary control and battery-management work with practical experience in infrastructure construction, commissioning, and supply-chain coordination.

Our work spans flexible PV modules, battery energy storage systems, BMS and EMS controls, rugged off-grid microgrids, mobile energy storage, and PV EPC support. We do not treat these as isolated components. We integrate them into systems that can be installed, operated, monitored, and maintained in the field.

This approach lets us connect manufacturing capability with real operating requirements. Guided by engineering discipline and clear project execution, Convol Energy helps turn difficult energy requirements into reliable operational assets.

Mission

Bridging energy innovation and field deployment.

Convol Energy bridges the gap between energy innovation and field deployment. We align proprietary R&D, trusted supply-chain partners, and hands-on engineering support to deliver systems that can stand up to real site conditions.

What We Build

Technology that can be installed, monitored, and maintained.

Flexible PV modules

Flexible PV modules for roofs, retrofits, and non-standard surfaces where weight or penetrations are major constraints.

BMS and BCU hardware

BMS and BCU hardware for industrial battery applications, high-current control, and system-level safety logic.

Microgrid EMS controllers

Microgrid EMS controllers and software for monitoring, dispatch, diagnostics, and multi-device integration.

Solutions

Systems for demanding operating environments.

Off-grid microgrids

Off-grid microgrids using PV, battery storage, and generator resources for remote or harsh-climate sites.

Battery energy storage

Battery energy storage systems for backup power, peak shaving, renewable integration, mobile power, and utility use.

Large-scale PV engineering

Large-scale PV engineering and EPC coordination for projects that require disciplined planning and practical delivery.

Engineering first

We size, specify, and integrate around site loads, environmental exposure, code requirements, and maintainability.

Transparent delivery

We set clear expectations around scope, schedule, technical risk, and operational tradeoffs.

Practical innovation

We use new technology where it creates measurable value, and we anchor every design in reliability, compliance, and serviceability.
